- Extra Prep & Storage Space: The right-side shelf keeps ingredients, seasonings, and tools within arm’s reach, while providing ample space for food preparation. The lid of the side burner can function as an added workspace for extended prep & storage space.
- Easy Temperature Control: The charcoal side features a height-adjustable charcoal pan, a smoke stack and a side air vent to help with professional temperature control. Dual lid-mounted thermometers on each side offer precise temp monitoring in real time.
